• IIBA certification
• Demonstrated experience using LEAN techniques in analyzing requirements for potential automation.

Day-to-Day

With minimum oversight, the Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating with vendors, partners, architects, project management, other caregivers within their agile team and throughout the company to facilitate meetings, manage structured email correspondence and organize virtual sessions to elicit and document requirements of various types for initiatives supporting all departments within the hospital's Health Plans. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role

* Demonstrated ability to develop general and detailed functional requirements

* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak knowledgeably with members of both the business, technology, and leadership teams

* Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings of analysis into presentations

* Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship, and collaboration skills

* Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments

* Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business staff with the goal of finding the best solutions to meet the business requirements of various projects

* Desire to take ownership, be creative with problem solving, and pro-actively secure the objectives of the business

* Demonstrated ability to tolerate and manage ambiguity

* Proven analytical skills

* Strong working experience in an agile development environment
