Senior Bookkeeper Jobs

You will provide bookkeeping services to a number of our virtual clients including:

• Syncing data across multiple software applications to ensure accuracy;
• Thorough understanding of the balance sheet and P&L;
• Managing direct customer/client relationships;
• Ability to self start, manage workflow efficiently and prioritize;
• Processing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable;
• Managing sales tax and filings.
• Payroll processing and reporting;
• The typical bookkeeping stuff;
• Reviewing taxes and various tax schedules and matching to QB records;

You MUST have extensive knowledge and proficiency on all of the above items.

Expertise with QuickBooks Online is required and Certification in QuickBooks Online is preferred.

Knowledge of Trust Accounting is a BIG PLUS!

Employment Type - Full to part-time, W2 employee

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
