Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Avaya/Cisco Engineer to join our team! In this role you will function as the technical expert and manager Technical expert and manager for all Voice (Avaya TDM and VoIP) operations and maintenance.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Have advanced knowledge for configuration and administration of the Avaya Suite of products (Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, Utility Server, Aura Messaging, IX Messaging, CM Messaging, Intuity Audix, Definity G3).
• Monitor and troubleshoot backups of the systems to ensure recovery of systems should failure occur to redundant systems.
• Monitor and implement changes deemed to make systems more efficient and redundant.
• Able to communicate effectively with other contracts in order to make projects successful.
• Provide Voice/VoIP design, architecture and engineering support.
• Provide interface to service providers with an expert ability for troubleshooting.
• Provide expert support for security posturing and configuration of the voice systems.
• Provide top level support to technicians and other engineers working projects, trouble tickets and system failures.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree with 4-8 years experience. Candidates with less education/experience will still be considered.

Salary Range:

$109,500.00 - $197,100.00
