About The Team
The Accounting team at Harry’s is a part of Global Finance and responsible for recording transactions, validating completeness and accuracy, and presenting actual results of the financials of the company. The team plays a critical role in enabling senior management to make fast, data-driven strategic decisions for the Harry’s brand in North America.
About The Role
This is a position within the North American Accounting team which will play a key role in helping establish strong controls and better reporting around our accounts receivable processes while giving the team the ability to stabilize cash collections. You will be working directly with the North American Accounting team and will regularly engage with teams around the company.
What you will accomplish:
  • Work with Treasury on cash forecasting and reporting needs
  • Continuously communicate with the finance and retail revenue teams regarding status of major customers and overall accounts receivable
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of any invoicing submitted via electronic interface
  • Assist in completing special projects as needed
  • Drive automation in the world of accounts receivable
  • Work closely with revenue recovery team on filing timely claims for any retail chargebacks
  • Complete invoicing and cash applications for multiple brands
  • Closely monitor status of accounts receivable and chargeback claims, following up as needed
You might have this background:
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sense of humor -- we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously
  • A track record of successful team collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to dive deep into solving problems and data inconsistency
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working with large U.S. retailers a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant accounts receivable experience

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $71,200-$97,900, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
