Overview of Position:
We’re seeking a highly driven Senior Account Sales Executive with a track record of successfully selling directly or indirectly to construction organizations. This position is focused on hunting and establishing relationships within the supply chain management vertical. There are over 2500 target organizations providing materials to contractors which are prime candidates for our technology. You will leverage Roofscope technology to strengthen relationships between major manufacturers and distributors: educating decision-makers, understanding their pain-points & needs, driving high-growth revenue expansion & profitability, and building a rolodex via valuable partnerships. Our ideal candidate will have the discipline to work independently and understand the construction industry or has the drive to want to learn the business.
Candidate Requirements:
3 - 5 years of work experience in an inside sales role where you hunted, managed, and closed a new book of business every month while ranking in the top ten percent of all your peers.
- You are excellent in every phase of your work life. You're dependable, hard-working, focused, determined, and accountable.
- Not afraid to make the daily activity of a minimum of 70 Outbound Dials, Daily Lead Follow-Up, 30-50 prospect emails & follow-ups, and schedule and close 3-4 demos per day.
- You have a proven track record of building a continuous new business book while creating revenue during an extended onboarding time.
- You are a Sales Closer that loves to Win! – You know how to work hard, practice, and challenge yourself to colossal success. It's about breaking personal records month over month.
- You're prepared to play a key role within a growth start-up organization selling disruptive technology to help our organization grow in a meaningful way.
- You're collaborative yet competitive. You have solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and account management skills.

Compensation:
- Base Salary, Monthly Activity Bonus, & Monthly Sales Commissions
- $85K OTE First Year at Plan
- Unlimited No-Cap Commissions
