What we are looking for?


The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution and will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding sales goals. We are always solving and helping our customers succeed.


You will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. You should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget resources in order to meet your assigned quotas for this role.


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Provide a negotiation plan of the terms of an agreement with management and close sales
  • Experience of selling SaaS solutions and hardware.
  • Develops and maintains an accurate forecast through Salesforce.com
  • Develops a complete understanding of the customers' organizational structure and key buying influences of assigned accounts.
  • Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts, understands the business needs of customers.
  • Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities using a proven Sales Methodology
  • Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels
  • Build good working relationships with C level executives
  • Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty
  • Research the market and related products, understand competitor strengths
  • Pursues long-term account strategies that maximizes profits & customer retention.
  • Be able to travel to meet customers / prospects.
  • Proven sales experience into retail sector. Ideally have warehousing / distribution / supply chain.
  • Performs customer presentations articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings
  • Work closely with partners, build, and develop a partner strategy.


Requirements:-


  • Experience in selling SAAS solutions is required.
  • Education- ideally should be graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience in global projects and multinational customer handling.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and organizational agility.
  • Experience in Hardware products will be preferred.
  • Possessing an acute sense of urgency
  • The candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skills
  • Should have 10+ years of proven sales experience in the retail sector. Ideally have warehousing / distribution / supply chain background
  • Strong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required. The candidate understands he/she is part of a team who share the same goals and ambition.
  • Strong ability to create and execute complex sales strategies.
