Participate in the selection of a high-performance team, and maintain that team through educating, coaching, motivating, and appraising performance. Communicate and monitor your teams, productivity and service goals, monitor, associate, productivity, and service levels, and provide ongoing feedback. Manage the team schedule within budgeted hours and based on business needs. Assign, intimate apparel associates their day-to-day tasks and direct their work relative to sales and service techniques including the bra fit processes. Exercise independent judgment in the hiring, promoting, assignment, and compensation of your team, and in conjunction with the store manager, to affectively recommend such action.
Responsibilities include meeting your personal sales goals, serving as your teams, leader by modeling and instructing an elevated client experience, and achieving the highest levels of service indicators. Build a repeat business clientele by utilizing systems and maintaining scheduled appointments daily. Consistently achieve counter, sales, goals, Dash daily weekly monthly, and annual. Be proficient in Dillards systems to plan, analyze, execute, and Coach daily sales goals. Lead the successful execution of all programmed and workcenter, created events, promotions, and activities, delivering sales goal. Directly responsible for product, inventory management, and ensure proper merchandising, presentation, cleanliness and organization.

Base pay plus 9% commission on personal sales within the coded department.
