Our Lady of Consolation is a 345 bed Long Term and Sub Acute facility with a 5 STAR rating by CMS for exceptional care and services that we provide. Come be a part of our incredible team !

Full Time Second Cook

Work with a skilled team of chefs and culinary professionals. As a part of the team you will be responsible for meet the demands of various meal schedules, dietary needs and restrictions. Following sanitary codes to ensure the utmost safety practices for our patients, residents and staff. Supervision of the kitchen staff in the absence of hierarchy above this position. Accept special patient requests. Assist culinary ambassadors with food distribution, temperature maintenance and prep. Be a resource to the nutritional services staff to accommodate those special requests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Food Handlers certificate desired but not necessary to apply.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of large scale cooking experience.

Full Time: Day
