Who we are looking for:
The Production Cook is a self-starter & team player with leadership qualities who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.

• Adhere to production schedules and meet production quotas to ensure adequate supply for distribution to food service establishments.
• Prep menu items in cooperation with the greater kitchen.
• Measuring, weighing, and preparing ingredients for recipes in large quantities.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation procedures and regulations and ensures that all products meet food safety standards and quality control measures.
• Excellent knife skills for preparing and cutting vegetables, fruits, and other food items.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Be able to create food items according to standardized recipes
• Knowledge in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment, such as Robot Coupes, stovetops, and grills.
• Follows standardized recipes and production schedules to ensure the timely completion of tasks.

We are looking for AM & PM shifts:

• PM: 3 pm-11 pm
• AM: 7-8 am-6 pm

Pay is weekly!

• 16+ based on experience
