Plans, manages and coordinates the activities of department personnel responsible for program development, case management and training facilitation.

Manages program data and utilizes statistical methods and analysis to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of the Second Chance Programs.

Maintains knowledge of training development, career coaching and adult learning, serving in a consultant capacity to community partners and internal stakeholders.

Detailed knowledge of industry best practices for career coaching for underserved populations.

Working knowledge of currents trends and methods for effective workforce development and training.

Sets the department’s expectations for desired behavior, knowledge and skill levels

Three (3) years’ experience as a Senior Deck Watchkeeping Officer on a cruise vessel

Assists the Chief Officer to ensure tendering and watersports are carried out in strict accordance with company, national and international standards

Supports newbuild operations to include work in the shipyard as appropriate

Model and hold others accountable for promoting the Gold Standards, respect and fair treatment

Ensures the Daily execution of Line-up in accordance with company standards and Brand Guidelines

Prior experience operating a similar press (Comco, Webtron, Omet) is highly desirable.

Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $30 per hour based on experience and expertise.

2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM

3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM

Ensure smooth and efficient press operation, adhering to quality and safety standards.

Perform press setup, job changeovers, and maintenance tasks as needed.

Experience leading and managing others such as a Second Pressman, Feeders, and Joggers.

Knowledge of technical terminology in the printing industry

Great compensation: $35/hr to start! Compensation will gradually increase to $38/hr

3. Adheres to departmental safety and sanitation standards to safeguard the well-being of patients and co-workers.

4. Tests food with a thermometer and by smelling and tasting. Trained in use of rationale/whirlwind programs.

8. Upholds hospital and departmental policies and procedures at all times.

9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Shift Lead Cook to assure quality patient food.

5. Must possess sufficient courtesy and tact to maintain pleasant and cooperative relations with supervisors and co-workers.

9. May be involved in working with and training new personnel in meal portioning procedures.

At least 2+ years previous experience as cook

Studies or college degree in Culinary Arts

Able to work flexible hours

Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

$27 - $30/hr with direct experience as a Second Pressman (raises are available too!)

2+ years of experience working in the printing industry

Experience leading and managing others where you’ve worked in a fast paced environment

A strong understanding of mechanical background and knowledge of technical terminology in the printing industry

Above average pay - Second Pressman Trainee $25/hr - minimum of 2 years in the industry
