Job Summary:
The Seasonal Coordinator works directly with UniGroup (Mayflower and United Van Lines) agents, Suddath Global Moving Services Booking Coordinators, and other Suddath branches throughout the country coordinating their moves in our market areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate the details of the completed survey to the Booking Coordinator according to the handoff checklist
  • Handle incoming calls requesting quotes as well as setting appointments for visual surveys to be completed by the Residential Sales Team.
  • Process incoming electronic or phone requests and instructions from other agents, contact local customers, and set up appointments for visual surveys.
  • Update Movers Suite with data and notes regarding changes and communications.
  • Coordinate with other department personnel regarding scheduling, pricing or service related issues.
  • Monitor and track order status to ensure delivery dates and all service commitments are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit documents for accuracy.
  • Monitor and track pending and “will advise” orders. Update files and Booking Coordinators on notice of scheduling, cancellations, and inactive orders.
  • Complete all administrative procedures related to clients’ moves.
  • Develop relationships via the telephone with UniGroup Agents to promote OA/DA business in our local marketplaces.
  • Communicate appointment times and job specifics with the move Surveyor according to the handoff checklist
  • Complete tasks in work flow daily.
