Job Description

A successful candidate should be able to show empathy, sense of urgency, and leave our customers with a smile and feeling a sense of value whether communicating through multiple phone lines, email or face-to-face contact.

This role oversees many moving parts and requires high level multi-tasking skills and the ability to stay focused and follow through each detail of our customer and technician support process. We provide superior customer service to both our clients and to our team of managers and technicians while effectively utilizing our technology and softwares to coordinate and route schedules and answer questions.

McCauley Services is a family-owned pest management company, protecting health and property throughout Arkansas for Homeowners and Commercial clients. For over 30 years we have earned our reputation for our superior service and intelligent approach to pest management.

Basic Responsibilities include:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable and prompt support for internal and external customers
  • Enter and update customer information into company data base
  • Coordinate projects and goals with other call center team members
  • Answer incoming sales inquiries
  • Schedule sales and service appointments
  • Work to improve systems and processes to make call center more effective and efficient
  • Capture customer details and explains company’s products and services
