Job Summary
Agile is looking for a highly motivated professional to serve as a Scheduling Coordinator in the Southern California region. The successful candidate will provide support for the client’s operations and construction scheduling organizations and ensure the timely start and completion of scheduled jobs. The individual will document all job details. Work schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours. This role is a hybrid remote position with some office time required in Pico Rivera, California, allowing for great work life balance. Pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Job Functions
- Prioritizes and plans work activities autonomously, uses time efficiently.
- Addresses phone calls / emails, answering questions and concerns in an urgent manner.
- Acts as a liaison between the customers, contractors, and various utility company departments regarding project scheduling updates.
- Independently researches, resolves, and follows-up on wide range of escalated customer issues.
- Ensures all call logs are continuously maintained, updated, and correct with job information.
- Creates positive relationship with customers, contractors and utility company personnel. Escalates issues to management when needed.
- Manages all projects/jobs in accordance with designated timeframe.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma
- Minimum Experience: 2+ years in a customer service or project scheduling environment experience.
- Working experience in construction and/or the utilities industries a plus.
Competencies
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Motivated, results focused and acts with a high sense of urgency.
- Able to deal with frequent change, competing demands, delays, or unexpected events.
- Highly organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
