- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads, researching potential customers, and initiating contact with potential clients.

- Conduct direct sales presentations to prospective clients and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Prepare regular reports on territory sales, prospective leads, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Provide exceptional account management by offering personalized service, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Strong understanding of small business administration (SBA) loans and other financial products and services.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the finance industry.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, territory sales, direct sales, and account management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
