Are you an experienced finance professional with a knack for SBA lending and commercial loans? Do you have a track record of successful ERP implementations? We are seeking a Permanent Director of Government & SBA Lending (SVP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our government lending initiatives, managing our SBA loan portfolio, and overseeing the implementation of our ERP systems. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires a strategic approach, strong leadership skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to government and SBA lending.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our lending team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, and adjust our strategies and practices as needed.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for our government and SBA lending initiatives, ensuring that we meet our financial objectives and comply with all relevant regulations.
• Oversee our SBA loan portfolio, including origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing of loans.
• Lead the implementation of our ERP systems, ensuring that they meet our business needs and are effectively integrated into our operations.

Qualifications

• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Proven experience in managing commercial loans and implementing ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of government lending regulations and SBA loan programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make sound decisions based on data and business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance industry, with a focus on government and SBA lending.
