Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/GTM Analyst to join our growing sales team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, building strong relationships, and setting up successful sales engagements. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of generative AI technology, and a passion for delivering value to clients. The internship will be 10-15 weeks depending on the right candidate’s availability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients within specific industries for Pano’s suite of generative AI solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for management team, ensuring a seamless transition of information.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to initiate contact with prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and AI advancements to effectively communicate the company's differentiators.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Articulate Pano AI's value proposition clearly and persuasively to generate interest and engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year university program with preferred major in STEM-related fields or expressed interest in fields related to artificial intelligence
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Notion, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical prospects.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-up to generate leads.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
