Looking for a Salesforce BSa / QA

Qualifications:

• Experience working with Salesforce.com CRM with knowledge of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud features is a must
• 3+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment, including at least 2 years of Business System Analyst or comparable experience, supporting medium to large-size projects
• Must have experience in all the phases of software development life cycle, with strong working experience in agile methodology
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline
• Experience with QA Automation is a plus - JIRA, Automation script, experience working with automation script is helpful

Responsibilities:

• Good domain knowledge of CRM, E-Commerce will be added advantage
• Should be a good team player and individual contributor with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to think
• Working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Must be goal oriented and customer focused, willing to take up new challenges
• Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes
