Job Description

At Cafeto Software, we are always looking to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our staff, and we’re seeking a QA Mobile Manual Tester, to identify issues and help developers find solutions, and determine what type of experience the user will have with the software.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement software testing and evaluate results.
  • Participate in the design of standards and procedures to establish the software product quality with the development team.
  • Develop tests that can effectively analyze components and generate useful feedback to identify inconsistencies, defects, and problems for software products.
  • Find ways to anticipate problems, test for them, and then resolve any issues found.
  • Drive innovation, streamline overall testing processes and promote the quality culture across the company.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in Defect Management including tracking and reporting bugs using HP ALM/Quality Center and thorough knowledge in JIRA
  • Created SQL Validation scripts for backend validation using PL/SQL.
  • Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Assisted business users during user acceptance testing
  • 1-3 years of experience with QA manual testing.
  • Status Reports
  • Manual Test Cases
  • Performed database testing using SQL scripts to verify the data integrity
  • Performed Regression testing and System testing for various combinations using Manual and automated scripts.
  • Tested web-based application developed on Java
  • English C1 or higher level
  • Strong Test Scripts experience
  • Create test case scenarios and test plans for product functionality based on product specifications and implemented functionality.
  • Analyzed test results, identified issues, and reported.
  • Performed API Level testing for web services, enhanced the Test harness, and developed many Test suites.
