Job Summary

Trimble’s SketchUp group is seeking assistance with a wide array of initiatives, such as API proofs of concept with partner Salesforce organizations, Digital Transformation (DX), CPQ, PRM enhancements, SDR process improvement, and integrations into Marketo and Domo.

Trimble’s Salesforce Administrator is a key contributor to our Digital Transformation team, responsible for building and supporting solutions for Trimble’s Salesforce solution, which is at the heart of Trimble’s CRM and other core back-office solutions. As Trimble continues to connect and scale, this position will have exciting opportunities to contribute to the future design of Salesforce across Trimble. This is a high-performing, highly collaborative team that is fast-paced and forward-thinking.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the larger Cloud Services teams to ensure company-wide system stability
• Provide production support to end users on an ongoing basis, including occasional rotational off-hours support during peak business periods such as month/quarter/year-end
• Work with Product Management to translate user stories to technical delivery
• Apply expertise in Salesforce to drive best-in-class solutions, utilizing tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow, Custom Objects, and Formula Fields.
• Technical point of contact for Salesforce.com engineering. Drive user adoption of existing functionality and applications
• Consultant to internal and external stakeholders from a technical and process perspective

• Concisely communicates training materials to end-users in written and spoken form
• Able to utilize SFDC automation tools to build out complex business processes
• Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels
• Skilled as a business analyst who can understand and identify solutions for stakeholder’s pain points

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administrating SFDC implementation and adoption
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse workgroup
• Experience leading regression and user acceptance testing
• Excellent influencing skills
• Experience using Data Loader or other SFDC based data migration tools
• SFDC Admin - 201 Certification
• Proven experience analyzing and resolving complex processes or technical issues.
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot APEX code
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce.com experience administering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or equivalent advanced degree and/or work experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain a complex security model
• Understand and configure, workflows and processes

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
