Job Title: Sales Representative


Reports to: VP of Meliora Health


FLSA Classification: Exempt

Job Responsibilities


The Sales Representative drives new business through developing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers..


  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the services we provide.
  • Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders, including therapists and doctors..

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Proactively identify and develop growth opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with our referral partners within the health system.
  • Call on other stakeholders within the health systems such as ABA therapists and large hospital based physician groups.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales development pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt approaches to increase adoption throughout the health system.
  • Manage sales objectives through detailed and accurate forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and planning activities.


Required Qualifications


  • Strong verbal and written communicator, who enjoys engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • BA or BS preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare and/or an early stage startup environment is a plus
  • Ability and genuine desire to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Proven, successful track record of portfolio retention and growth
  • Creative and collaborative approach to find different ways to achieve results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Key attributes: humility, resourcefulness, ambition, integrity, solution oriented
  • 4+ years of work experience in a related field. 2+ years of proven success in business development, partnerships, or related field
  • Ability to travel 50% or more as needed.


Physical Job Requirements


  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.
  • Ability to drive within the state to connect with new and established customers
  • Requires vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
