Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Forecast sales projections and report on sales activities and outcomes to senior management
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Set sales goals, quotas, and targets for the team and individual team members
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
• Availability for travel as required
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
