Duties/Responsibilities

• Generate new business by building relationships and understanding customer needs
• Deliver product knowledge to customers, including features, benefits, and applications
• Manage existing accounts and establish new ones through organized daily work routines
• Frequent travel to clients (4 days/week), with 25% overnight travel
• Present sales and product info professionally to customers and prospects
• Develop industry contacts and partnerships
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and understanding their needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills

• Background in Swiss machine tooling and manufacturing
• Experience in customer service with strong interpersonal skills
• 2+ years sales experience
• Territory management

Education

• High school or HS equivalent required
