Our company is currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an authoritative, assertive individual who has the ability to train, manage and motivate a team of professionals. This Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising the work of their team members, and will also be involved in new client acquisition and account maintenance. We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in all areas of direct sales who is capable of interacting with all levels of management within the client organization.
Responsibilities:
- Increase consignment from current customers.
- Develop new business.
- Deal with difficult clients and coworkers.
- Other duties as assigned by upper management.
- Build strong rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Develop quotations and contract proposals that are responsive to customers’ needs.
- Develop strong relationships with new clients and manage existing accounts.
- Quickly builds strong relationships with contacts at all levels, especially with decision-makers.
- Guide sales team strategically.
- Understands and keeps current on the competitive environment and provides market intelligence to sales to help shape strategies.
