The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced cybersecurity sales representative to join our team at Norse Shield. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Representative will be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services, cybersecurity market trends, as well as maintain a thorough knowledge of competitive offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to close sales and meet quotas.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and target new markets.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends
• Develop and implement sales plans and quotas.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication
• Generate and close sales
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing

Ideal Profile

• Technical knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
• Fluent in English and the local national languages to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Any foundational cybersecurity certifications like (ISC)² CC, CEH, etc. are preferred.
• Min. Education: Higher Secondary Schooling
