Our Sales Representatives are the face of the rapidly growing team at Downeast Cider, the #1 hard cider in the Northeast and #2 in the country. Your mission is to increase the sales and visibility of Downeast Cider in restaurants, bars and liquor stores in the Manchester, NH area. You’ll be spreading the good unfiltered word about our innovative portfolio of craft hard cider, vodka sodas, hard lemonades, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Sell, sell, sell

• Conduct weekly demos at bar and retail accounts (can include training/managing a Brand Ambassador to run these)
• Execute on monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Grow brand presence and introduce new products within our existing accounts
• Seek out merchandising and promotional opportunities at accounts
• Prospect for new business and close sales with new accounts

Flex your people skills

• Spend 80-90% of your time visiting new and existing accounts
• Build relationships with key decision makers throughout your account base
• Leverage wholesaler relationships/ride-alongs to increase sales and stay top of mind
• Manage communications with many (10-40) wholesaler reps

Keep track of it all

• Create and send weekly recaps of account work to wholesalers
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our CRM software, including recording notes from every sales visit

Who you are:

• Passionate about craft cider
• Experience providing superior customer service
• Must reside in the same area as the covered territory
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable multitasking and pivoting effortlessly between various job functions throughout the day

Bonus points if you have…

• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience working in the alcohol / liquor / beer / wine industry
• Comfortable using a CRM software
• Outside sales experience
