Aide Medication Nh Jobs

Provide daily cares for residents.

Administer medications under the supervision of the RNCC.

Must be a TMA who has attended an approved TMA course through the state of Minnesota.

Must be a Registered Nursing Assistant by the State of Minnesota.

Must be committed to resident centered care.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

Contribute to project tasks and activities by applying theoretical knowledge to real world applications

Acquire new skills, build confidence, and learn about the engineering profession

AutoCAD/Civil 3D, or other CAD platform, experience is desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

1 to 2 years of experience preferred

Assists with continence management and disposes of all continence products properly to ensure sanitation of resident suite and community restrooms.

Engages residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.

Counts all narcotics with another Medication Care Manager or Nurse each shift.

Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.

Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responds to security system and resident call bells promptly.

Attends in-service and education programs and obtains continuing education required by state regulations

Demonstrates knowledge of fire and emergency procedures. Reports all safety violations

Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required

Demonstrates a positive working relationship with residents, family members and staff

Promotes and protects residents rights and treats residents with dignity and respect

Demonstrates the ability to remain calm under stressful conditions

Sets up medications and passes them to residents following established policies and procedures.

Performs narcotic counts at the beginning and end of each shift.
