What will I be doing?

  • Assist in other sales functions as needed and determined by the Sales Managers.
  • Refer any concern regarding the conduct of a Sales Executive or Sales Leader to Sales Management.
  • Assure all finance pricing guidelines, first day incentives and contract procedures are followed.
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management of which the employee is capable of performing.
  • Follow up with sales business including conversion of pending business, anti-rescission measures and post cancellation calls.
  • Participates in all sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Close/assist in closing sales for Sales Executives in accordance with current sales and contract policies and sales targets.
  • Assure that sales are completed properly for submission to Contracts department.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years of timeshare sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skilled in using appropriate interpersonal skills to influence guest purchase decision
  • Proven ability to maintain high level of productivity over time
  • Intermediate ability to use computer software specific to job
  • Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly convey information that the guest will best understand
  • Current California Real estate license
  • Proven ability to maintain positivity in good and bad times

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Previous timeshare sales closing experience
  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of brand timeshare sales experience
