Job Description
RideNow Powersports McDonough, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a positive and energetic Internet Sales Manager to convert leads and drive customer loyalty! This position is responsible for our Apache Junction location but will be sitting out of our Chandler location.


If you are an exceptional listener, an ace on the phone, and have handled internet sales leads in a dealership environment, we want to talk to you! Throw in a passion for motorcycles and powersports and you may just be the perfect fit for this team!


The ideal candidate will either have experience selling motorcycles and powersports, or be willing to learn!


Responsibilities:


  • Set and Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, text) with exceptional email/writing skills.
  • Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy and professionalism - If you cannot answer the question, make an honest effort to ensure you get the answer from the right source (no matter what they need).
  • Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about Powersports Vehicles.
  • Assist with growing a team under you once our new location is receiving enough leads to add assistance
  • Data Entry- Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and all interactions with guests into the CRM
  • Keep abreast of incoming inventory and be able to operate software to locate our vehicles quickly and efficiently.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Customer follow up and retention- Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers.


Requirements


  • Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles desired
  • Energetic and Outgoing Personality
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads, desired
  • Ability to work full time, on-site in McDonough, GA Tuesday - Saturday
  • The willingness to follow up, and follow-up again, with customers (Persistently Patient)
  • Experience building and motivating a team of sales or internet sales associated
  • Internet savvy, great computer skills, and exceptional organizational skills to keep track of all leads
  • Professional, Pleasant, Friendly Demeanor
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written (including exceptional email skills)
  • Previous Automotive or Powersports internet sales management experience strongly preferred but not required
