Job Description

As a Branch Rental Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of a single location; while providing a first-class experience that represents our brand. As an essential part of the team, you will be responsible for developing your branch while driving profitability and providing our renters with an amazing customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure an effective and efficient process for all types of rental transactions
  • Continuously monitor market prices and suggest set rates for walk-ups
  • Uphold company standards and processes
  • Provide exemplary customer service and issue resolution
  • Manage rental unit inventory and ensure all reservations are met with the highest expectations
  • Ensure units are properly serviced (by the service department) and are in ready-to-rent status, meeting company and reservation expectations
  • Understand cost control and achieve individual sales goals
  • Lead with a passion for safety, hospitality, and service.
  • Increase the market penetration of the branch and increase revenue
  • Handle or assist in the resolution of customer disputes
  • Participate in all areas of employee management, with growth
  • Responsible for fleet reconciliation as well as overall inventory security and management
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business need
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and customer service
  • Experience riding all models, including large tour bikes (required)
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain excellent customer service
  • 2 years of supervisory experience, preferred
  • Must possess strong leadership and industry experience
  • Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and/or evening hours
  • Ability to safely and consistently move large motorcycle models in a confined space
  • Experience in the powersports, automotive, or exotic auto rental industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business management preferred but 5 years of work experience in customer service or sales in the auto or powersports industry will be considered in lieu of a degree
