Sales Manager- Packaging - Remote | Wfh

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our team! As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and lead a sales team that is experiencing rapid growth. This is a direct-hire position that offers a high base salary, generous bonuses, and uncapped commission potential.
We are a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and production. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth. Although this is a remote position, we do require someone who is open to traveling 5-8 days per month. Don't worry, it won't be an extensive travel schedule!
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, at least 15 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. Exposure to onsite customer visits in the food, chemical, and mineral industries is also required, along with basic knowledge of at least one of these operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong Excel and CRM skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and an outgoing personality. You should also be someone who can "talk the talk" with an experienced sales team and has a proven track record as a producer.
