Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager (Bridal Shop)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a reputable bridal shop. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and managing the overall sales operations. Your role will involve overseeing a team of sales consultants, fostering a positive sales environment, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the sales team.

3. Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

4. Foster a customer-centric approach by ensuring exceptional customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience for bridal clients.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with bridal designers, vendors, and industry professionals to stay updated on the latest trends and offerings.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional strategies, events, and campaigns to drive sales and attract new customers.

7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate sales goals, provide updates, and motivate the team.

8. Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are consistently maintained to enhance the overall customer experience.

9. Manage inventory levels, analyze product performance, and make recommendations to optimize stock levels and maximize sales potential.

10. Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

11. Stay abreast of competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.

12. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the bridal industry or a related field.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

5. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

6. Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer service principles, and retail operations.

7. Knowledge of bridal fashion trends, designers, and the wedding industry is highly desirable.

8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

9. Proficient in using sales and inventory management software.

10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business requirements.
