Florida Design Works is looking for a motivated and qualified Sales Manager ready to lead their sales team to the next level and beyond! We are a family company in private equity, offering our clientele high quality flooring, designer tile, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops for over 55 years. Our business consists of high-end residential and business new construction and remodels.

The ideal Sales Manager has solid, hands-on experience with custom cabinetry (preferred), the entire sales process, excelling at superior customer service, relationship building with clients and vendors, and deal closing. You should be a quick learner with a successful track record and someone who can lead by example to inspire and elevate performance in others. This role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales professionals while building, maintaining, and sharpening a high-performance team.

Sales Manager Objectives and Responsibilities Include:

• Identify knowledge and skill gaps in your team and collaborate to fill them
• Represent our company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings (custom cabinetry preferred)
• Meet with potential/existing clients and vendors and grow long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
• Hire, train, motivate, and lead a team of sales professionals
• Work with company leadership to develop sales goals, developing action plans, and analyzing performance data

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Top notch leadership abilities and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Proven record of success (Preferably in sales)
• A commitment to superior customer service and experiences

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Motivational speaking skills
• Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Management
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
