Western Regional Sales Manager


Role Overview


The Western Regional Sales Manager will lead sales efforts in the western region of the United States. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, developing strategic plans, cultivating customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities


Leadership and Team Management


Lead and coach a sales team to achieve sales objectives.


Foster collaboration and individual growth within the team.


Business Development


Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base.


Identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Sales and Revenue Generation


Meet or exceed sales targets, employing effective sales techniques.


Conduct sales forecasting and reporting.


Customer Relationship Management


Act as the primary contact for key accounts.


Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.


Proven sales and business development experience.


Minimum 5 years in sales management.


Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


Ability to travel as required.
