Our team of dedicated nurses is committed to providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our market share in Houston, TX.
: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring contracts with medical facilities in Houston, TX, and driving business growth for our nurse staffing agency. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase brand awareness and market share in the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate have experience sourcing, negotiating, and landing contracts in the healthcare industry. They will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential new clients in the medical industry and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients and increase revenue for the company.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.
• Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry in Houston, TX, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to our clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive new business growth.
• Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of business development efforts.
- Maintain existing business
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably with medical facilities.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and increasing revenue.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.

We offer a competitive salary, $19 - 22/hr plus commission, a healthcare stipend after 90 days, and opportunities for career advancement.
