Job Description

Our client is a successful Cosmetics/Consumer Goods contract manufacturing company serving clients in North America. This role reports to the VP R & D and is responsible for new product development, formulation and project management.


The role:

  • R & D product development projects & processes
  • Team management & training of Formulation Scientists
  • Ensure timely completion of product/project development


The candidate:-

  • Experience of product innovation and development
  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least 10 years’ experience in R & D for cosmetics/personal care
  • Excellent R & D formulation knowledge


The base salary on offer is up to $160,000 plus bonus and a range of benefits.
