What We Are Looking For…


AvantStay is looking for a Sales Leader with a player-coach mentality to help drive the growth of our business. You’ll build and lead a team of rockstar sellers to grow our properties under management across markets, and lean into strategic opportunities directly to help close them. You’ll be scrappy and creative to identify and optimize new channels for growth. You’ll get involved with investors and homeowners to bring contracts across the line. You’ll cement our portfolio management efforts to optimize revenue post-sale.


In this role you will progress our go-to-market strategy, partner cross functionally and externally to make things happen, iterate on our sales process, achieve growth objectives, and foster a culture of success and fun! We’re looking for a strategic and analytical leader who’s motivated, process-oriented, customer-minded, ready to roll up their sleeves and has a passion for building. Sound like you? Come join us!


What You’ll Do…


  • Grow sales velocity through tight partnership with marketing and lead generation motions with the on-the-ground operations team, homeowners, and external real estate agents
  • Hire and build out the team grounded in a performance-based culture of ownership and success
  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders and teams to improve core processes and execute against strategic initiatives
  • Own sales forecasting and overall go-to-market execution in support of company objectives
  • Start as a player-coach to get to know our business, homeowners, sales motion, and build GTM velocity
  • Manage a team of all-star sellers and lean in directly to drive strategic deals forward in order to capture share in a massive market with a compelling and differentiated solution


Requirements


What you’ll bring…


  • A strong orientation towards numbers as the basis for execution and a critical component of our deal structures
  • A proven track record of success with 8+ years experience in Sales, including 2+ years of Sales management
  • An entrepreneurial spirit to solve problems and make things happen with a player-coach mentality
  • A growth mindset to continue learning and find better ways to achieve our goals
  • A passion for building and scaling, and an interest in Real Estate (prior RE experience not required)
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is a plus
