In this role, the individual will be responsible for in-person and virtual facilitation for “DRIVE” 2 week sales onboarding and will act as a sales subject matter expert. Primary facilitation focus will be onboarding, locums basics, sales skills, and/or sales methodologies, CRM best practices, and organization strategies. Additional responsibilities involve project management and micro learning facilitation during the DRIVE 90 day program.

As someone who loves to command a room of sales professionals and share knowledge via virtual or classroom instruction this role offers the opportunity to have positive impact on developing our sales professionals.


Expectations:

You will be expected to pass training audits before facilitating in front of a live audience, maintain high learner satisfaction scores, and contribute to the overall success of Sales Enablement.

Onboarding Training:

DRIVE facilitators are enrolled in a consistent and complete onboarding 30-60-90 day experience that equips them with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver the assigned courses with confidence and competence within the first 90 days on the job.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates ability to facilitate content with credibility and confidence.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in analyzing data to improve productivity and processes.
  • Team player and hyper-focused on education
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Able to manage multiple demands, competing priorities, and meet established deadlines.
  • 2 years in locums sales and sales management experience and 2 years in sales facilitation experience
  • Knowledge in applying/coaching/facilitating sales, sales skills, sales methodology, and IT solutions to drive comprehension and adoption.

  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with using Salesforce
  • Exhibits an innovative and growth mindset while working within a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment.
  • Locums industry experience
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

Base $70,000/yr.


Hybrid role 4/1, with full benefits.
