Create sales strategy to streamline processes. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and PM goals. Ownership of the sales process Develop Enterprise clients and program business. Develop scorecards and tools which continuously drive sales decision-making to produce break-through results on the top and bottom line. Direct responsibility for .com and Enterprise sales teams and results. Alignment and execution of department wide strategic initiatives. Lead sales team Work closely with colleagues on cross-channel communication and opportunities. Establish, direct, maintain, and plan the overall policies and plan for business development. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends. Understand and effectively communicate the companies value proposition. Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically. Excellent interpersonal skills , with the ability to communicate effectively across the company. Work with Sales, Operations and Account Management teams to implement targeted sales strategy Work with internal teams to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales process. Required Education/Experience: College degree At least 8 years of experience in sales leadership Leading sales reps in building opportunity pipelines. Promotional product industry experience preferred
