Job Overview

As Allbound’s BDR/SDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team of Business Development Representatives to drive pipeline growth and create relationships with the next generation of Allbound customers.


Your expertise in Business Development, team management, strategic planning and coaching will be a crucial part of Allbound's growth.


Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market to identify new business opportunities and ensure the BDR team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the team to drive revenue growth through effective prospecting, resulting in setting qualified Discovery calls for the Account Executives.
  • Establish key performance metrics (KPIs) for the BDR team, tracking performance against targets, providing regular reporting to leadership, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Closely follow the inbound lead management process, ensuring lead assignment, tracking, and follow-up to maximize conversion rates and the creation of pipeline.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of BDRs in Atlanta, providing coaching, guidance and support to help them achieve their team and individual goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align BDR efforts with overall business objectives, providing feedback and insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Oversee the BDR outbound process from account selection to the Discovery call being held.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a BDR/SDR with a successful track record in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, time management and relationship building skills
  • 1+ years experience in a team lead or management role
  • Bachelor’s degree or trade school
  • Ability to align messaging to prospect pains and outcomes
  • Passion for developing others in order for them to achieve success
  • Positive attitude, natural curiosity, and highly motivated with a relentless pursuit to win
  • SaaS and/or technology background (strongly preferred)
