Role

We are looking for a sales analyst to support our expansion across all distribution channels. This role will be based in Carteret, NJ and will report to the Sales Operation Director. The individual will be instrumental to the support of all of day to day running of the business. He/She will work collaboratively with sales operations director as well as the sales teams to provide support to our selling teams and our customers. What You Will Be Responsible For

• Perform general administration and office tasks as needed and directed by sales ops
• Lead analysis of our sales performance and provide insights to our sales team
• Manage our database and ensure data accuracy at all levels
• Support the Sales Team in their selling endeavors
• Assist in managing overall customer financial performance including margins and profitability.
• Support sales operations director in overall operations of the company
• Enters and manages customer data information in ERP systems
• Support our marketing organization with selling materials and artwork projects
• Communicate effectively with the cross-functional teams to address their needs
• Develop reporting structure to support the needs to the sales organization
• Communicate and elevate concerns and issues with the management team as needed

Who You Are

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Proficient of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment, while managing multiple
• Proficient with RetailLink, IRI, SPINS, Nielsen or other syndicated data platforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish welcomed
• Previous experience with ERP system preferred
