IntePros is excited to partner with a large American Investment Banking and Financial Company in helping them identify a Analytics Analyst for a critical engagement in Jersey City, NJ. (Open to Remote)

Analytics Analyst role: Actively participates with management team to implement strategic initiatives that have significant impact within the technology infrastructure organization. The individual must have strong analytical capability and discipline that can be applied within different types of a data sets and processes and tools to support the analysis, communication and presentation of findings and recommendations.

Analytics Analyst will have the following roles and responsibilities:

• Support deployment and maintenance of a Business Intelligence solution with specific data gathering, analysis, modelling, and reporting requirements and publish dashboard / analytics in SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Analyses project implementation status, provides feedback and makes recommendations to improve the project status
• Work with internal initiative team members and leads to understand their functions and processes to design and define business intelligence, analytic and reporting requirements
• Independently work on more complex projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications (presentations/speeches) and implementation of policies, standards, and/or processes.
• Assists in planning and administering business-led programs. such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc
• Work independently on project matters as related to analyses of project implementation status, providing feedback to project leadership of business plans and risk-related matters, communicating / presenting analyses and findings, and making recommendations for improvement in respective areas.

Analytics Analyst Must show:

1. Demonstrated hands-on experience in Power BI or Tableau
2. Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze data sources and moderately complex analyses,
3. Interact with stakeholders at various levels where necessary to resolve issues,
4. Ability to communicate effectively with others; and
5. Ability to understand requirements and formulate new, innovative solutions.

Analytics Analyst Qualifications:

• Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI.
• 6-8 years of experience in financial services or business partner function preferred. Experience in the securities industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required. MBA preferred
