Sales Operaations Analyst Jobs

Collaborates with sales management and IT to ensure sales management and distributor territories are correctly reported and communicated to key stakeholders.

0 - 3 years of work experience.

Perform product marketing analysis including new product projections, cannibalization and revenue forecasting sensitivity analysis.

Sales Contract administration including monitoring and tracking of contract expiration dates, territories and commission rates.

Supports 3-year strategic planning and annual budget creation and monthly reporting

Calculation of sales incentives, quota performance and MBO payments.

Prepare written memos, reports and presentations for executive management.

Create and manage dashboards/reports using various visualization tools.

1-3 years in an analytical or operations role. Open to new grads, internship experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

SQL, SSRS or Power BI knowledge a plus.

Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.

Generating management reports, creating presentations, handling special projects, and conducting sales analysis

Providing support to zone management in all dealer meetings and zone communication

Complete assigned training (e.g. Product Knowledge Training, Allocation, Dealership Financial Statement Analysis, and Sales Training)

0-2 years of work experience plus sales/customer service experience

Prior experience in the retail/wholesale industry, preferably automotive

Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis preferred

Work closely with the Phathom Data Management Team to ensure system is fully compliant.

Performance Reporting & KPI Management for Sales Force

· Experience with IQVIA data sets such as Xponent Plantrak preferred.

· Experience with Veeva or a similar CRM system preferred.

· Experience with Power BI preferred.

· Experience in a high growth, fast paced environment a plus

Communicate and elevate concerns and issues with the management team as needed

Attention to detail on routine tasks coupled with successful time management

Manage our database and ensure data accuracy at all levels

Enters and manages customer data information in ERP systems

Previous experience with ERP system preferred

Must have excellent communication skills
