Campers Inn RV of Troy is hiring NOW for a 'Hands On’ RV Service Manager to manage our busy service department while controlling costs, maintaining friendly employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives, and building a loyal clientele. Responsibilities – RV Service Manager:

• Provide technical assistance to employees as needed
• Quality check completed jobs
• Forecast goals and objectives to generate revenue
• Ensure customer complaints, etc. are dealt with fairly and quickly
• Train, motivate, manage and monitor the performance of service department staff
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure service department employees follow safety policies
• Assist in preparing annual service department operating budget
• Ensure shop equipment is properly maintained and repaired

Requirements – RV Service Manager:

• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident

• Ability to operate the department at a profit according to dealership guidelines
• Previous Service Manager experience in RV or related fields is preferred
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Previous RV / Automotive / Powersport technician, mechanic experience is required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and top problem-solving skills
