RV FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER

Campers Inn RV of Union, a part of the nation's largest family-owned RV dealership group, is hiring now for a Finance and Insurance Manager! This role is responsible for selling new and used Recreational Vehicles financing and insurance programs. As with all dealership positions, F&I Managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Responsibilities – Finance & Insurance Manager:

• Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used RV and finance departments
• Processing financing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state, and corporate channels
• Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs
• Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
• Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department
• Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs

Qualifications – Finance & Insurance Manager:

• Computer and MS Office knowledge preferred
• Degree or commensurate experience in finance a plus
• Must pass pre-employment screening – We are a Drug-Free Workplace

• Must uphold the highest ethical standards
• 1+ years’ F&I experience in an RV, Automotive, Powersport, Motorsport, or Marine dealership setting required
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• A College degree or equivalent experience in finance is preferred
• A valid Driver’s License and a good driving record are required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time
