Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with home/business owners, insurance adjusters, ensuring smooth claims processes
• Recruit, hire, and train sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of roofing, siding, windows, and gutter products and services
• Door to door knocking and B2B marketing to create sales pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales
• Proven track record in leading canvassing teams and working with insurance adiusters
•Knowledge in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets
