Roofing Sales Representative Jobs

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be heading to confirmed appointments to talk with homeowners about our products and services. We are seeking applicants who are passionate about home renovation and helping our customers. Ideal candidates are highly determined, proactive, and hardworking. A great attitude and passion to succeed is a must. This is easily a six figure position IF you’re ready to hit the next level. Are you ready?

What You Will Do:

• Conduct accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of local and regional competition
• Communicate and share best practices with other team members
• Resolve concerns and overcome challenges
• Deliver outstanding presentations that communicate the big picture in an inspiring way
• Partner with other departments to accomplish mutual objectives
• Follow up on pipeline and channel sales opportunities
• Perform in-home or business roofing consultations daily (appointments are provided and confirmed)
• Generate additional revenue through networking and referrals

Rewards:

• Base salary + competitive commission/bonus structure

• Uncapped commission program with ability to earn over six figures in your first year - Two sales a week can earn you $100,000 with top earning at $250,000.

Must Haves:

• Intermediate analytical and mathematical abilities
• Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday - Saturday is mandatory
• Is coachable and eager to learn
• Someone who is willing to grind
• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
