Manager in Training:

As a Manager in Training with Restore, you will be consistently exposed to managerial responsibilities as you learn the in’s and out’s of how to lead a high-performing health and wellness team. You will take pride in being the face of our location, learning from the ground up, as you assist customers with all their wellness needs. You will excel in this role because the fast-paced environment energizes you, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously is a challenge you welcome everyday. What you’ll need to be our Manager in Training:

What you’ll do as the Manager in Training:


  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads
  • Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services
  • Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community
  • Observe and absorb all that you can while shadowing the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on a daily basis
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore’s offerings
