Spartina 449- RETAIL DIVISION

Regional Director- up to 10 Retail Locations, East Coast

Full-time Role, Based in Savannah, GA/Hilton Head, SC/Bluffton, SC

Role Overview

The Regional Director is responsible for leading sales and business strategy of the remote store locations along the East Coast with the main objectives of developing sales opportunities, providing leadership and advisement, growing the sales teams, and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. This role will report directly into the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations based in Bluffton, SC.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Retail Leadership team on activities for new product launches, events and activities to enhance visibility in the market and increase net sales.
  • Lead the business strategy to project and produce the sales as defined in the Region’s action plan. Create specific business plans per store focusing on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives to achieve.
  • Enhance quality and maintain integrity of the Spartina 449 image in each store’s market.
  • Coach, develop and maximize the success of all Store Managers in the Region. Actively work on staffing and development issues.
  • P&L management including monitoring and controlling store business expenses.
  • Generate new VIP customers while developing new and innovative business ideas through networking. Represents Spartina 449 at meetings, events, other work-related functions. Travel involved.

  • Recruit, hire, and train store teams for all new store openings. Execute the store openings strategy with a Grand Opening event and other marketing opportunities.
  • Manage operational execution (policy & procedure) and ensure that all policies and practices are being followed within the stores.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years Management Experience required
  • Multi-Unit or High-Volume Experience in the required
  • Excellent understanding of the customer experience
  • Pro-active problem solver – ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for
  • Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate important issues related to Senior Management, and partner on
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Specialty or Luxury Retail experience is a must
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
  • Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to Travel, up to 50% or
