Core Responsibilities Of a Manager

• Developing others for career growth
• Effective schedule writing, inventory and food order management
• Able to fill in for the General Manager in their absence
• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Ensuring the restaurant is a best-in-class operation
• Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant
• Pro-actively staffing and leading a crew of 15-20 people
• Lead employee training

Job Requirement Include But Not Limited To

• Fundamental math and computer skills
• Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
• Must maintain state food safety requirements
• Must meet the minimal criteria in background check
• Participate in recruiting and hiring for store, including first round interviews
• Participate and lead shift in sales, food, and labor cost controls
• Open availability with a minimum committent of 45 hours a week-shifts of varying times and varying lengths
• Can participate in and complete effective scheduling
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
• Can train, execute, and supervise all cash handling responsibilities
• High School degree or equivalent
• Leads and manages the team training program
• Repetitive motion is required
• Must be available/willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends- shifts begin as early as 6 a.m., & end as late as 12 a.m.
• Supervise and complete all opening and closing duties/functions in the store
• Must successfully complete in-house management training program
• Provides excellent customer service and leads by example
• Ability to train and use the meat slicer
