JOB DUTIES - The Nursing Assistant performs designated tasks in the provision of care for patients under the direction and supervision of an LPN or Registered Nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITY –

• Good clinical, organizational, customer service and critical thinking skills is required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks is required.
• Computer skills adequate for documentation are required.
• Recent orthopedic experience preferred.
• Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required, or higher.
• Recent nursing assistant experience in hospital preferred.
• BLS preferred upon hire; required within 90 days.
